We formalized that as a public standard — and we certify others. Get your bank, nation or company Quantum-Safe Certified with a credential signed post-quantum and verifiable by anyone.
Seven controls, derived from what the empire actually implemented (honest — not theoretical). An entity is scored against these; the score maps to a certification level. Signatures use ML-DSA-65 (NIST FIPS 204); key exchange uses ML-KEM-768 (NIST FIPS 203).
The standard is served publicly and machine-readable at /api/pqc/cert/standard. Zero third parties — hosted on our own sovereign node (Law #16).
Request certification → we run the quantum-risk scan + evaluate your crypto against the standard → if you meet a level, we issue a credential signed ML-DSA-65 by the Sovereign Attestation Authority. Verifiable by anyone, forever. Paid in WUSD via the sovereign checkout.
Every credential is a live post-quantum signature. Paste a credential ID — we re-verify the ML-DSA-65 signature against the Authority's public key in real time, and prove it rejects any tamper. Nothing is faked (Law #8).
The INKG Sovereign Empire is the first entry in the registry — certified at its real live score, not a made-up 100. Its posture is measured live from wallets, ledger, contracts and comms attestations.
The standard is derived from cryptography we already run in production — 1000+ PQC wallets, ledger & contract attestations, signed knowledge base. We eat our own food first.
There is no incumbent authority for sovereign post-quantum certification. INKG defines v1 and issues verifiable credentials — becoming the reference.
