SBLC Verification

Future BDET Bank — Sovereign Ierahkwa Central Bank · issuer ID INKG-BDET (sovereign identifier, not a SWIFT BIC)

Check that a Standby Letter of Credit was issued by us, that its text has not been altered, and that its fingerprint is signed (ML-DSA-65, NIST FIPS 204) and anchored on public chain 777001. · Verifique una SBLC por número o subiendo el documento.

Verify independently (no need to trust this page)

  1. Compute the SHA-256 of the document text: sha256sum BDET-SBLC-….txt
  2. Download our ML-DSA-65 public key: /api/sblc/pubkey and the signature shown above (base64).
  3. Verify with OpenSSL 3.5+: write the hex hash to hash.txt (no newline), decode the signature to sig.bin, then 
    openssl pkeyutl -verify -pubin -inkey mldsa65.pub -rawin -in hash.txt -sigfile sig.bin
  4. Check the anchor on chain 777001 with the public read-only RPC https://inkg.org/rpc/777001:

    The transaction input must equal 0x + the document SHA-256.
