The problem

Foreign subpoenas reach your cloud

Your most sensitive records sit in a foreign cloud whose provider answers to a foreign court. A subpoena, a gag order, a data-request law — and your data is copied without you ever knowing. There is no sovereign wall around it.

"Harvest now, decrypt later"

Adversaries are recording encrypted traffic today to decrypt it once a quantum computer exists. Data encrypted with RSA/ECC has a shelf life. Anything you need to keep secret for a decade is already at risk.

No proof of custody

Even when data is stored "somewhere safe", you have no cryptographic proof of who holds it, that it's intact, and since when. When it matters most — a dispute, an audit — you have nothing verifiable to point to.

Classical data embassies are dated

The Estonian data embassy proved sovereign data custody is real. But it runs on classical cryptography. The quantum era needs a post-quantum embassy — sealed with algorithms designed to survive it.

How the sovereign custody works

Encrypt locally

Your data is encrypted in your browser with ML-KEM-768 (Kyber) key material. The plaintext never leaves your device (Law of private data).

Deposit under custody

Only the SHA-256 hash of the ciphertext (and its length) is submitted. We take custody under INKG sovereign jurisdiction.

PQ custody attestation

We sign a custody statement with ML-DSA-65 (FIPS-204) and anchor it on-chain (MameyNode 20022). A verifiable seal of sovereign custody.

Verify or withdraw

Anyone can verify the custody attestation and detect tampering. You can withdraw at any time and receive a signed release attestation.
